<p>Provide full range of supervisory duties in the planning and coordination of nursing staff. Engage healthcare administrative measures for nursing program accreditation compliance. Provide leadership and guidance through demonstration of Advanced Nurse Practitioner expertise in patient care services. Evaluate staff work performance and establish patient care priorities. Provide direct patient care, evaluate medical practices, and adjust treatment plans. Serve as subject matter expert to nursing staff, provide technical guidance, mentor APN's through coordination of care, and identify training needs. Responsible for nursing program compliance to commissioned board accountability, compile and analyze programmatic data in order to produce reports, correction plans, and audits.
