Social Worker- Full Time (LMSW, LCSW)

Outpatient Social Workers are assigned to work a territory within our coverage area of NWA and NE Oklahoma. The Social Worker is an integral part of the Interdisciplinary team, responsible for the development and oversight of a plan of care for an assigned group of patients'/families' psychosocial, financial, and emotional needs.
