The RN STAFF - CLINICAL ANALYST position is in Nursing, Operations within the White River Junction Healthcare System, located at the Burlington location. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week.</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Duties: Facility Administrative Registered Nurse (RN) focus on individual growth and development in practice with increased levels of self-direction in quality-of-care outcomes. Participates in the exploration of outcomes within the department. The RN is responsible for their assigned administrative area activities for the Medical Center and off-site locations if applicable. Collects data, monitors staff compliance with relevant policies, directives, and standards, provides reports detailing trends, and provides direct staff support to the service. Participates in several facility councils, committees, and workgroups. This RN brings principals and theory with limited application of critical thinking skills. The incumbent exercises leadership in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of hardware and software applications integrated with the electronic health record (EHR) and associated programs/applications. S/he will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including other program and service leaders at the facility and network. Utilizes nursing knowledge to review data for clinical validation, trends, opportunities for improvement, quality assurance, various metrics, and communicating information back to the CDI team, providers, and other departments as appropriate. If your school has changed names, or is no longer in existence, you must provide this information in your application. If your school was accredited by ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation, but is no longer listed on the websites, you must provide documentation of accreditation with your application packet.
