Specializing in the Nursing Excellence environment. Demonstrates integration of biopsychosocial concepts, cognitive skills, and technically competent practice with the American Nurses Credentialing Center's (ANCC) Pathway to Excellence (PTE) and Magnet Recognition programs while developing technical skills to maintain nursing excellence.
