Practical Nurse (Outpatient)

<p>About the Position : This position is located at Barquist Army Health Clinic, Ft Detrick, Frederick MD. Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays. 40 hours/week This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Perform comprehensive patient care and monitoring.</p><p>Provide practical nursing care to patients in the outpatient clinic with a variety of medical conditions.</p><p>Administer prescribed medications.</p><p>Educate patients and families about prescribed treatments.</p><p>Assist in performing medical procedures, physical examinations, and treatments.</p>
