Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Float Per Diem

About This Nursing Position HopeHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for its affiliate HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care. This position will be on our Home B team, which services primarily Cranston, Providence, East Providence and Warwick. The RN will be assigned patient visits in their current residence as designated by the Patient Care Manager and determined by census need.
