<p>This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific eligibility requirements per VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Program Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) & eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after review of the EDRP application. Former EDRP participants ineligible to apply.</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Duties include but are not limited to: Provides advanced clinical practice, consultation, and management. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary when performing duties in providing care appropriate to the VA patient. Demonstrates knowledge of age-associated changes, illnesses, and potential disabilities to work with adult and geriatric patients. Communicates, assesses, and/or interprets data and information reflective of the patient's status to identify the patient's requirements in providing the care needed as described in policies, procedures, and following sound practices.
