Advanced Practice Nurse (Nurse Practitioner/Family Practice)

<p>About the Position: This position is located at Army Health Clinic Reynolds in Fort Sill, OK. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Provide urgent and non-urgent care for patients of all ages.</p><p>Obtain a health history from the patient and records findings.</p><p>Research trends and patterns within the servicing area which leads to proactive family care and education of staff and patients.</p><p>Discriminate between normal and abnormal findings on the physical assessment and laboratory screening.</p><p>Develop and provide individual/group patient health teaching as appropriate on topics related to health promotion.</p><p>Provide counseling and instruction on the use, application, side effects and adverse reactions of medication.</p><h3>Education</h3>See Qualifications section for education requirements.
