ABOUT THIS ROLE
Full-time Description Under the direction of the Program Manager, the TAY Housing Navigator will provide housing location, navigation, and stabilization services to youth exiting the County of Los Angeles Child Welfare System (18-24 years old) who have been identified and referred by the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS).
