<p>About the Position: This position is located at Fort Leonard Wood Community Hospital in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. We accept applications on an ongoing basis.</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Direct daily operations to ensure medication preparation and dispensing comply with legal, regulatory, and professional standards.</p><p>Address both work-related and administrative matters and continually seeks ways to improve productivity and the quality of work performed.</p><p>Resolve pharmaceutical care issues while applying regulatory standards.</p><p>Provide drug information and medication counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.</p><p>Document patient care activities in the medical record or electronic health systems.</p><h3>Education</h3>FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
