Supervisory Nurse (Occupational Health)

<p>About the Position: This position is located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, within the Aberdeen Occupational Health Clinic. Monday through Friday during regular business hours (typically 0730-1630), with occasional flexibility. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the Department of Defense to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Assign work to subordinates based on priorities.</p><p>Perform a variety of duties relative to the administrative management.</p><p>Apply a professional knowledge of nursing and an in-depth knowledge of the clinic's mission.</p><p>Establish Occupational Health Program protocols by providing technical guidance.</p><p>Evaluate the work performance of subordinates.</p><p>Identify developmental and training needs of employees.</p><h3>Education</h3>FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
