Supervisory Dietitian

<p>About the Position: This position is located at General Leonard Wood Community Hospital in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Oversee nutrition assessment and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for patients receiving treatment from all medical services provided within the hospital and outlying clinics.</p><p>Ensure competency records for clinical employees are maintained according to hospital policy.</p><p>Manage department patient satisfaction and quality assurance programs.</p><p>Update hospital nutraceutical formulary according to the current various contracts.</p><p>Provide support to outpatient and community nutrition education programs.</p><h3>Education</h3>FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
