<p>About the Position: This is a Supervisory Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist located at Guthrie Army Health Clinic at Fort Drum, New York. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Salary negotiation is available for those new to Federal employment.</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Independently perform complex and highly specialized procedures for sections of the Radiology Department.</p><p>Maintain staffing levels, develops, and evaluates performance improvement, safety, quality and regulatory standards.</p><p>Supervise assigned employees, plans work to be accomplished by subordinates.</p><p>Interview candidates for positions, recommend appointments, promotion, or reassignment.</p><p>Serve as Supervisor and Senior Technologist of the Department of Radiology.</p><p>Demonstrate to new staff/students on the proper use and methods associated with equipment and their associated software.</p><h3>Education</h3>FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
