Social Worker-LMSW The Social Worker is responsible for assessing the psychosocial functioning, coordinating mental health and substance abuse treatment, connection to wellness services, crisis intervention and maintaining a caseload of high-risk, transient individuals in a 144-bed single adult stabilization homeless shelter. The employee will meet individually with clients to assist them in developing and implementing a treatment plan, identifying problems, strengths, weaknesses, coping skills…
