ABOUT THIS ROLE
<p>The Systems Redesign Coordinator (SCR) is a Registered Nurse who supports Quality and Performance Management at the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System. This role leads the Systems Redesign and Improvement (SRI) Program across the facility including multiple clinics and patient care areas. The position oversees SRI policies and operations, coordinates compliance activities, and manages required reporting.</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Major duties and responsibilities of the position: Translates enterprise goals into sustainable Systems Redesign and Improvement (SRI) strategies that advance facility-wide performance. Builds and maintains enterprise-level digital solutions that enhance communication, transparency and data-driven decision making. Provide expert training and coaching to staff and leaders on the use, maintenance and integration of multiple platforms to include SharePoint sites, PowerApps and Power Automate. Establishes and oversees visual management systems across the organization including standardized tiered safety huddles and integration of collaborative communication tools. Leads comprehensive analysis or organizational metrics, identifies system-level trends and translates complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership. Contributes professional nursing perspective at the policy, planning and system design levels.
