Registered Nurse (Primary Care)

The Primary Care Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing competent, evidence-based care to primary care patients and oversight of licensed vocational nurses/nursing assistants, as appropriate to the setting. They provide direct Veteran care and care coordination, as it pertains, to Veterans and their care within the Primary Care Department. They manage assigned panel(s), utilize registries, and ensure appropriate evaluation and access is provided to patient panels.
