Registered Nurse - Outpatient Specialty Care Float Pool

ABOUT THIS ROLE
<p>This is not a remote position There is an immediate opening for a RN - Float Pool in the Specialty Clinic in Green Bay, WI. The Resource Pool/Float Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing competent, evidence-based care to assigned patients, will deliver and improve holistic care through collaborative strategies with others for all patient care areas included within Resource Pool/Float assignments. This position requires the ability to function with a high degree of independence.</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>This is not a remote position Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients in multiple care units. Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs and specific care of the patients served in the assigned area of practice. Contribute professional nursing perspective in discussions with the interdisciplinary team. Knowledge and active participation in the unit/program level quality improvement process and initiatives as well as customer service programs is imperative. This position requires flexibility in schedule and assignments. A current and valid driver's license is required for this position.
