The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting for a Full-Time Registered Nurse-Nurse Manager. The Nurse Manager will serve as the Float Pool Nurse Manager within Patient Care Nursing Service.</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>The 2-page Resume requirement does not apply to this occupational series. For more information, refer to Required Documents below. The Float Pool Nurse Manager duties include but are not limited: Provide supervisory oversight for the Float Pool team, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Nursing Assistants (NAs), and Health Technicians (HTs). Collaborate with leaders across clinical services to ensure effective resource allocation and efficient scheduling. Responsible for overseeing staff who provide direct care services and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Utilize professional expertise to drive initiatives at the service and organizational levels. Proven ability to meet critical deadlines while delivering measurable outcomes with strong attention to detail. Demonstrate a strong commitment to a positive practice environment through effective communication, professional conduct, and leadership.
