Overview
Provide intermediate-level care for patients requiring close monitoring but not ICU-level support. Fast-paced unit with cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical cases.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage patients with acute conditions (cardiac drips, telemetry, respiratory support)
Perform assessments, administer meds, and respond to clinical changes
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to execute treatment plans
Educate patients and families on care and recovery

Requirements

Active FL RN license
1–2+ years acute care experience (PCU/Stepdown/ICU preferred)
BLS (ACLS preferred or required)
Strong critical thinking and multitasking ability
