Practical Nurse - Inpatient Psychiatric Unit

Serves as a member of the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit (IPU) care team. The LPN works to ensure a safe & therapeutic environment, possessing good documentation & organizational skills; the ability to work effectively as a team member & establish effective communication with patients, families, visitors & members of the interdisciplinary team; lead psycho-educational & other therapeutic groups; identify needs for special precautions & to manage disruptive behavior.
