Physician - Primary Care CBOC Fonda and Oneonta NY

This position is for a board eligible or board certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician in the Fonda and Oneonta, NY Community-Based Outpatient Clinics for the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center. You will function as a integral member of the Patient-Aligned Care Team and will be expected to work closely with team members, including nursing and administrative staff, in the coordination of patient care.
