Physician (Hospitalist)

<p>About the Position: This position located at Fort Hood, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized.</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Perform highly responsible duties in the advanced examination, diagnosis and treatment of inpatients for the Pediatric Medicine Service.</p><p>Examine and conduct thorough studies of patients presented with medical management problems based on the level of professional ability.</p><p>Evaluate laboratory and clinical findings; differentiating among the various contributory causes and prescribe appropriate treatment.</p><p>Provide administrative and direct supervision of assigned personnel including, but not limited to, students, residents, and advanced practitioners.</p><p>Plan, schedule, assign and direct the work of others; establishe work priorities and deadlines; explain work requirements, methods and procedures as needed; and review work upon completion.</p><h3>Education</h3>See Qualifications section for education requirements.
