Nurse (Patient Aligned Care Team, Outpatient)

The Nurse Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Outpatient Staff Registered Nurse executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to management of complex primary care. This nurse provides sex-specific direct Veteran care and care coordination, as it pertains, to Veterans and their care within the Primary Care Department. Responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care.
