<p>The Community Living Center (CLC) Minimum Data Set (MDS) Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing competent, evidence-based care to assigned residents and oversight of licensed vocational nurses/nursing assistants, as appropriate to the setting.</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Duties include, but are not limited to: Completes accurate and timely MDS assessments per CMS/VA guidelines. Develops and updates individualized, veteran-centered care plans. Leads and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team on resident assessments. Reviews nursing and therapy documentation for accuracy and compliance. Ensures Assessment Reference Date (ARD) scheduling, supporting documentation, and care plans meet regulatory standards.
