<p>This position is located in the Division of Nursing Services at the Jicarilla Service Unit (JSU) Dulce, NM. The incumbent functions as a Patient Safety Manager, Infection Preventionist, and Employee Health RN at the Jicarilla Service Unit. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Total Compensation Package - Check out IHS's outstanding total compensation package for this job: Registered Nurse Total Compensation | Pay (ihs.gov) Evaluates, develops and implements the Employee Health and Infection Control program for the Service Unit. Monitors service unit employees for specific required tests upon entry and annually as required by governing agencies. Provides health screening and related services. Identifies factors in the work environment that present a safety hazard to employee's health.
