<p>About the Position: This position is located William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Manage the care of patients with complex and multifaceted medical and surgical needs, applying advanced clinical expertise and judgment.</p><p>Administer and monitor the use of therapeutic agents (medications) and pain-relieving drugs including narcotics and antibiotics, familiar with correct dosages and potential side effects.</p><p>Serve as a key contributor in team meetings, advocating for patient needs, and ensuring seamless coordination of care.</p><p>Monitor safety hazards in the work environment and take immediate action to resolve or correct them.</p><p>Recognize significant and life-threatening changes in patient condition.</p><h3>Education</h3>"See Qualifications section for education requirements".
