Develop and maintain patient registries based on disease, health condition and/or health prevention initiatives. Assist with triage of patients, including triaging telephone calls and walk-in patients. Prepare patients for tests, exams and treatments. Coordinate appointments and procedures for patients who need further care or continuity of care at other facilities.
