Nurse (Clinical/Ambulatory)

<p>About the Position: This position is located at Army Community Hospital Weed at Fort Irwin, CA. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Perform independent, comprehensive telephone and clinical triaging, and facilitate care coordination through a multidisciplinary approach.</p><p>Provide patient education as an integral part of the services offered.</p><p>Assist clinic with patient and staff education.</p><p>Coordinate patient referrals to support services provided through the internal and external community, or the TRICARE network.</p><h3>Education</h3>See Qualifications section for education requirements.
