<p>About the Position: This position is located Family Medicine Service, Lacey Washington. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Serve as an Ambulatory Nurse performing independent, comprehensive telephone and clinical triaging and facilitate care coordination through a multidisciplinary approach.</p><p>Screen walk-in patients to assess the severity of the patient's condition and the need for provider intervention.</p><p>Review patient charts to assess the medical history and determine health care needs</p><p>Recognize and report abnormal test results, changes in symptoms and the need for follow-up.</p><p>Instruct and demonstrate to patients the proper techniques for performing self-care activities.</p><p>Provide education and guidance to support patient self-administration of prescribed medications.</p><h3>Education</h3>FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
