<p>About the Position: This position is located within Desmond Doss Health Clinic, Department of Pediatric services in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is an obligated position. An obligated position is one to which an employee has statutory restoration rights or entitlement. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Establish priorities for patient care and evaluate patients progress toward high-level wellness.</p><p>Screen patient charts to assess the medical history and determine health care needs.</p><p>Execute or ensure the completion of orders from health care providers.</p><p>Assist health care providers with examinations and procedures.</p><p>Prepare and administer oral, subcutaneous, intra-muscular and intravenous medications.</p><p>Identify and report abnormal test results, changes in symptoms and the need for follow-up.</p><h3>Education</h3>FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
