Nurse (Ambulatory Care)

<p>About the Position: This is located at the U.S Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO This is a Direct Hire Solicitation</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Perform nursing triage to determine the appropriate level of care.</p><p>Manage acute and episodic healthcare concerns, health maintenance and promotion, disease prevention and management, patient education, case management, and coordination of care for patients throughout the healthcare system.</p><p>Analyze assessment data to determine patient care needs.</p><p>Perform procedures, treatment, and medication administration.</p><p>Provide oversight and mentorship to paraprofessional and newly assigned staff.</p><p>Assist providers with procedures and treatments as needed.</p><h3>Education</h3>See Qualifications section for education requirements
