Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse

As a member of the Prime Care team, the Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse demonstrates knowledge of services in the designated clinic and provides optimal continuity of care for the veterans. The LPN/LVN demonstrates understanding in delivering and improving holistic care through collaborative strategies with patients, family members/significant others, and members of the interdisciplinary team.
