Location: Naples, FL (Naples Comprehensive Hospital)

Compensation: Hourly $35–$56 (pay by years of experience). Annual equivalent ~$72,800–$116,480.

Sign-on bonus: $7,000–$10,000

Relocation assistance: Available

Experience: Multiple years of echo experience + leadership exposure preferred

Requirements

- Active RDCS / RDMS
- Florida license (or willing to obtain)
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring echo sonographers

Lead the echo lab — schedule, QA, mentorship of junior sonographers, and direct workups for complex cardiac cases. Reports to the Cardiac Imaging manager. Strong career path into Manager Cardiac Imaging.
