Intermittent Nurse (PACT, Outpatient)

The Intermittent Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Outpatient RN serves as the seasonal vaccine coordinator, using independent judgment and strong knowledge of vaccine screening and administration. They lead development, implementation, and management of the vaccination program, and act as a consultant on policies and procedures. In collaboration with Primary Care Leadership and CACS, they ensure clinical reminders are current, accessible, and properly implemented.
