Front Desk Resource Navigator

Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Case Manager Supervisor, the Resource Navigator will be responsible for curating and upholding relationships with community partners including but not limited to landlords and property management, legal advocates, recovery care facilities and support in wrap around services and intakes of incoming clients.
