<p>About the Position: This position is located at Fort Riley, Kansas. This is an open continuous announcement. AART (CT) or NMTCB (CT) certification preferred This is a Direct Hire Authority solicitation</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Perform highly sophisticated computerized axial tomographic (CT) scanning of heads and/or bodies.</p><p>Review all requests from physicians and other health care providers independently.</p><p>Maintain record of examinations performed, scans taken, contrast reactions, contrast usage, etc.</p><p>Assure that sterile supplies, contrast materials, catheters and other required equipment are present and laid out.</p><p>Prepare and administer contrast material (IV).</p><p>Perform a wide variety of highly complex magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations of human subjects to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of disease or injury.</p><h3>Education</h3>FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
