Description: The Coordinated Entry Navigator is responsible for linking young adults, ages 18-24, who are at risk for or experiencing homelessness to appropriate services and housing programs within Snohomish County. Based out of the Young Adult Housing department, the Navigators perform case management and resource connection for young adults experiencing homeless and enrolled in Snohomish County’s Coordinated Entry (CE) system.
