Job Description Summary Reporting to the System Executive Director of Case Management, the Complex Care Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination of healthcare services for patients in the MUSC system with complex care needs, including but not limited to SCDC (South Carolina Detention Center), Behavioral Health, and VA, as well as other long stay patients.
