Child Abuse Response Team Advocate

Child Abuse Response Team (CART) is a group of highly dedicated volunteers who accompany a child or adolescent and their family through the child’s forensic medical exam for suspected sexual assault or sexual abuse. CART provides accompaniment 24/7. As an Advocate you will respond to one of three local hospitals when contacted by the forensic nurse. We serve hospitals in Long Beach, Torrance, and San Pedro.
