BETHESDA CHAPLAIN JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary: Ministers to the spiritual needs of all residents, families, and employees of Bethesda through visitation, counseling, conducting religious services, and facilitating the ministry of clergy from external organizations with whom residents maintain membership.
