Case Manager

The Case Manager gathers information from the youth and family to develop and monitor the case plan. The Case Manager role requires to pay attention to detail, time management, and communication skills to engage the family and work with other agencies and/or stakeholders. We are looking for a Case Manager who must have: Bachelor’s Degree, or an Associate’s degree with two years of experience working with youth.
