<p>About the Position: This position is located at Irwin Army Community Hospital, Fort Riley, Kansas. This is an open continuous announcement. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Maintain primary responsibility for patient care, while facilitating other specialty care.</p><p>Maintain proper medical record documentation on patients receiving treatment.</p><p>Provide group, individual and/or family teaching and counseling and/or initiates coordination of health care needs.</p><p>Manage chronic health problems in accordance with existing protocol.</p><p>Develops and recommend new techniques/approaches for establishing improved quality patient health care.</p><p>Provide professional guidance of staff engaged in primary care functions.</p><h3>Education</h3>See Qualifications section for Education Requirements.
