Advance Practice Nurse (Nurse Practitioner)

<p>About the Position: This position is located at General Leonard Wood Community Hospital Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.</p><h3>Major Duties</h3><p>Assess acute and non-acute clinical problems.</p><p>Perform a systematic physical examination and interpret abnormal and normal findings to form a diagnosis regarding physical, emotional, or social disabilities.</p><p>Provide counseling to patients and their families in prevention of illness, maintenance of health, and attainment of physical, mental, and social well-being.</p><p>Engage with emergency department, operating rooms, wards, radiology, pharmacy, lab, medical records, and patient administration to collect information and provide education focused on the optimization of trauma care.</p><p>Coordinate and conduct in-service education programs for health care professionals and serves as an advisor /member of assigned committees.</p><h3>Education</h3>See Qualifications section for education requirements.
