ADON- Assistant Director of Nursing

Assists the DON in planning, developing and supervising the activities of the nursing staff. Assists in the development and implementation of nursing services, objectives, policies and procedures. Works with the DON to recruit, hire and train nursing staff. Assists DON with employee appraisals, and resolving problems including disciplinary action.
