Job Description Job Description The Trauma-Informed Intervention Specialist (TIIS) in LUK’s Residential Services works with youth and staff to ensure that youth develop skills to regulate their emotions and staff deliver trauma-informed interventions. This position also helps newly placed youth transition to the residential setting.
