Need - Frio County Advocates for Nursing Home Residents

Volunteers are needed to serve as Ombudsmen for local nursing home and assisted living community residents. The goal of the ombudsman program is to ensure the best possible quality of life in Texas long-term care facilities. Ombudsmen also provide information about resident rights and help identify additional resources both in and out of the facility.
